Electrolysis

Electrolysis is a licensed profession in the state of North Carolina under the North Carolina Board of Electrolysis Examiners with a mandate of 1.0 Continuing Educational Units (CEUs). This form of hair removal is the only established proven method of permanent hair removal as recognized by the FDA. This time-tested method has demonstrated safety and effectiveness on all types of skin, and on all face and body areas.

The type of hair you have and your previous methods of hair removal will determine the number of treatments needed for permanent hair removal. To explain the process simply, a skilled professional inserts a tiny filament into the natural opening of each hair follicle, infiltrating a slight electrical current eradicating the blood supply.

This process successfully achieves permanency, thus eliminating future growth and does so without tissue damage. No other hair removal process can make this claim with universal acceptability and success. Treatments vary from 15 minutes to one hour, depending on the situation, area and your schedule. The process of electrolysis is as individual as you are. A comprehensive evaluation ensures a personalized plan to address each specific area of concern.

Our recommendation – Research the different hair removal methods in depth before making a decision. We want to ensure that your needs concerning technology and practitioner skills are satisfactorily met.

Electrolysis is the only permanent solution recognized by the FDA for all types of hair on all types of skin.
